Who we are
This website, pathtooallah.com, and the Path to Allah brand are run by Mohammad Shaan Serwal, a sole proprietor based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@pathtooallah.com. Full contact details are on our contact page.
By using this website, joining our letter or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
- The Jumu'ah Hour, a free weekly email letter.
- Digital products, such as downloadable PDF guides on growing a social media page and earning online. There are no physical products.
Each product page shows what's included and the price before you pay.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the product page, in the currency displayed at checkout, and include any taxes we're required to charge unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (such as Razorpay or PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.
- A purchase is complete once the payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, and refund you in full if we do.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email and/or an instant download link after payment. See our delivery policy for details.
Refunds
Because digital products can't be returned, all sales are final, except where a file doesn't arrive or doesn't work. See our refund policy.
Using our products
- When you buy a digital product, you get a personal licence to download, print and use it for yourself and your family.
- Please don't resell, share publicly, upload elsewhere or claim our work as your own.
No guarantee of results
The numbers we share are real results from our own pages, shared to teach. They are not a promise of what you will earn or how fast you will grow. Your results depend on your niche, your effort, platform changes and many things outside anyone's control. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
Our liability
We provide the website and products "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
