Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital products
Everything we sell is a digital product, like a PDF you download. Once it's delivered it can't be returned, so all sales are final, with one exception below.
When you get a full refund
If your file doesn't arrive or won't open, email us within 14 days of buying. We'll send a working copy straight away. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Because delivery is instant, an order can't be cancelled after payment. If you paid twice by mistake, tell us and we'll refund the extra payment in full.
The free letter
The Jumu'ah Hour is free, so there's nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
How to ask
Email hello@pathtooallah.com with your order email and what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days.
